Centrifugal liquid chiller plants

All our service engineers are required to have completed a 1 year training program with our certified Trainers. This training is mandatory requirement in order to be able to service Heavy Applied Liquid Chillers.

Chilled Water Piping Systems

Coolcare offers a full range of pre-insulated piping systems for underground chilled water usages. The systems are comprised of a specified carrier pipe pre-insulated with polyurethane insulation and jacketing in either a PVC, HDPE, or FRP jacket.

The system features:

1. Closed cell polyurethane insulation, offering the lowest available thermal conductivity and the best natural resistance to water penetration

2. Engineered coupling and fitting insulation kits providing the same level of moisture protection.

3. This system can also be provided with prefabricated and pre-insulated fittings.

We can manufacture Coolcare Hot Water Systems to meet job specifications using a carrier pipe of:

Installation, Commissioning and Start-up

Our team of highly experienced installation supervisors and start-up engineers will support you in the erection, installation, commissioning, and start-up of your new plant.


Coolcare’s team of highly experienced installation supervisors will provide construction support services for site-built plants, and for the off-loading, erection. and installation of skid-mounted plants. They liaise closely with your construction manager, safety officer, and mechanical contractor to ensure a safe and trouble-free installation

Commissioning and start-up

Following completion of all the mechanical and electrical tie-ins to the plant, our process and automation engineers are mobilized to undertake the plant commissioning. This team is usually headed by the process engineer responsible for the plant design

Plant commissioning follows a structured plan and ends with the start-up of the process unit followed by the site acceptance test (SAT). During these activities, we can also train your operators if you wish.
